Discurso Radial del Presidente a la Naci n - 11 de marzo de 2006
Buenos D as. Este mes se marcar el tercer aniversario del inicio de la Operaci n Libertad de Irak, que liber a Irak de la tiran a de Saddam Hussein. A medida que se acerca este hito, estar dando una serie de discursos para actualizar al pueblo estadounidense sobre nuestra estrategia para lograr la victoria en Irak. Hablar sobre el progreso que hemos estado logrando... las lecciones que hemos aprendido de nuestras experiencias... y c mo estamos arreglando lo que no ha funcionado. El lunes dar el primero de estos discursos, enfocando el elemento de seguridad de nuestra estrategia: la tarea de derrotar a los terroristas y de entrenar a las fuerzas de seguridad de Irak a fin de que puedan tomar el liderazgo en la lucha y defender a su propia democracia.

MR. HADLEY: Good afternoon. On Tuesday, June 20, the President and Mrs. Bush will depart for Vienna, Austria, for this year's U.S.-EU summit. It will be followed by a visit to Budapest, Hungary, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1956 Hungarian revolution. The trip is an opportunity to reaffirm the strong relationship between the United States and the European Union. The President has made clear that, in his words, "America supports a strong Europe because we need a strong partner in the hard work of advancing freedom in the world."

President's Radio Address to the Nation - August 6, 2005
In his weekly radio address, President Bush said, "Our economy is strong, yet I will not be satisfied until every American who wants to work can find a job. So this coming Tuesday I will meet with my economic team in Texas to discuss our agenda to keep the economy moving forward. As Congress considers appropriations bills this fall, we will work with the House and the Senate to ensure that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely, or not at all."
