One Step Closer to Fair, Judicious Courts
It looks like the long-fought battle for class action reform is nearing an end. Yesterday, the class action bill, endorsed by the President and our Party, passed the Senate by a large margin. Eighteen Democrats joined Republican Senators to pass the bill, which makes it more difficult for consumers to win excessive damage awards in class action lawsuits.
